Subsidized Backup Care (New!)
Starting in 2025, Wellthy now includes emergency backup childcare and eldercare. Caregivers in the backup care program have been vetted and background checked; they include nanny quality caregivers for children and home health agency resources for adults.
All regular full-time US employees are eligible to access up to 5 days of backup care per calendar year, subject to $125 per day reimbursement limit.
Childcare Support
Wellthy offers personalized childcare solutions, including finding nannies, educators, and activities for kids. Their Care Coordinators assist with:
