Databricks pays the majority of the premium cost for medical, dental and vision coverage. You can select different coverage levels for medical, dental, and vision insurance based on your individual needs. You are paid on a semi-monthly basis, which is the 15th and the end of each month. Your per pay period contributions for medical, dental, and vision coverage are shown below.
