Vision Reimbursement
Databricks will reimburse eligible employees for the cost of one sight test and eye wear up to SEK 3,000 one per calendar year.
Eligibility
Regular employees of Databricks Sweden are eligible to participate from their date of hire.
Coverage
Sight tests and eye wear (glasses, frames, lenses, contact lenses) are qualified for reimbursement. Accessories such as cases and cleaning kits do not qualify for reimbursement.
Making a claim
- Access Emburse via Okta
- Create a "New Expense Report"
- Title Your Expense Report
- Click "Create New"
- Select the "PeopleOps" Category
- Select the "PeopleOps Medical Check Up & Vision Reimbursement" Expense type
- Upload your receipts and complete the claim details
- Click on Save - to save the expense line item
- Click on Submit - to submit the expense report
