Accident Insurance
Accident insurance is valid around the clock and provides coverage in the event of injury or death through an accident.
Eligibility
Employees of Databricks Sweden aged 18 to 70 years, working more than 8 hours/ week who meet the 'Fully Fit For Work' criteria are eligible to participate from their date of hire.
Enrollment
Eligible employees will be automatically enrolled from their date of hire.
Contributions
Databricks funds the full premium for employees.
Coverage
The maximum lump sum accident benefit is up to 30 PBA* for full disability. The actual benefit payable depends on the degree of the accident and is subject to individual assessment. From the age of 46, the benefit may also be reduced in the event of medical disability by 2.5% per year or financial disability by 5% per year from the age of 46.
*PBA = SEK 58,800 in 2025
