Occupational Supplemental Health Insurance
To supplement your mandatory health insurance (Gesetzliche Krankenversicherung or Private Krankenversicherung), Databricks offers all regular employees occupational health insurance through Hallesche.
Enrollment
Eligible employees are automatically enrolled as of their hire date. No medical underwriting or waiting periods are required.
Contributions
Databricks funds the full premium for employees.
Coverage
The Hallesche plan provides reimbursement of health expenses including:
- Up to € 600 per year for prescriptions, visual aids, hearing aids, non-medical practitioners, etc.
- Up to € 540 per year for denture expenses
- First-class hospital accommodation
