Life Insurance

All regular Germany-based employees aged 18 to 65 are automatically enrolled in life insurance as of their hire date. The insurer is Zurich.

Coverage

Should you pass away whilst actively working at Databricks, your beneficiaries will be provided 2 x your annual base salary (up to a maximum of EUR 4,000,000.) Medical underwriting will be required should your potential benefit payout value exceed EUR 500,000.

If you are not actively at work, your cover will commence from the day you return to full-time active employment.
