Vision Reimbursement
Regular and regular fixed-term employees of Databricks Denmark ApS are eligible to receive an annual reimbursement for the cost of one sight test and eyewear up to the value of DKK 2,000.
Frames, lenses for glasses and contact lenses are all eligible items. Accessories such as cases and cleaning kits do not qualify for reimbursement.
Making a Claim
- Access Emburse via Okta
- Click on the"Expenses" tab on the left sidebar menu
- Click "Create new expense"
- Upload your receipts and complete the claim details
- Use "People Ops- Medical Checks" as the "Category"
- Use "(new)" as the "Report" field
- Click on the "Reports" tab on the left sidebar menu
- Tick the box to select the expense report
- Click submit in the top right-hand corner of the page
