Life Insurance
Life Insurance provides financial security for you and your family in the event of your passing. The default coverage is 1 x your annual base salary (minimum DKK 500,000). Employees can choose to increase their coverage up to 8x their annual base salary, at their own expense.
Eligibility
All regular and regular fixed-term employees of Databricks Denmark ApS are eligible to participate from their hire date.
Enrolment
All eligible employees are automatically enrolled from their date of hire. Soderberg & Partners will reach out within 2 weeks of the employee’s start date to discuss their benefit plans and optional changes they may wish to consider.
