Pension Plan

Databricks provides a Defined Contribution (DC) Pension Plan through PFA, to help you to save for retirement.

Eligibility and Enrolment

All regular and regular fixed-term employees of Databricks Denmark ApS are automatically enrolled at the default contribution level of 4% as of their hire date. Soderberg & Partners will reach out within 2 weeks of the employee’s start date to discuss their benefit plans and any voluntary contributions they may wish to make.

Contributions

Databricks contributes 8% of the employee’s base salary. Employees are required to contribute a minimum of 4% of their base salary, but they have the option to contribute more if they wish.
