Medical Insurance
Databricks offers private medical insurance through PFA to support your health care needs.
Enrolment
All regular and fixed-term employees are automatically enrolled in this benefit and will receive confirmation of cover within 2 weeks of their start date. You can add dependents to your plan at any time via your PFA online portal. Children under the age of 24 are automatically covered under your plan.
Eligibility
All regular and regular fixed-term employees of Databricks Denmark ApS and their dependants* are eligible to participate from their hire date.

Contributions
Databricks funds the full premium for the employee. The current premium is DKK 1,920 per year per employee, which amounts to DKK 160 per month.
Dependents can be added at the employee’s expense, with the following premiums:
- Adults: DKK 2,496 per year.
- Youth (aged 24–27): DKK 2,382 per year.
The cost for dependents must be settled directly between employees and PFA. Please note that this amount will not be managed through payroll deductions.
