Income Protection Insurance offers financial support if you become unwell and unable to work. The percentage of your annual base salary covered will depend on your specific salary amount.
Eligibility
All regular and regular fixed-term employees of Databricks Denmark ApS are eligible to participate from their hire date.
Enrolment
All eligible employees are automatically enrolled from their date of hire. Soderberg & Partners will reach out within 2 weeks of the employee’s start date to discuss their benefit plans and optional changes they may wish to consider.
Contributions
This benefit is included as part of the Pension scheme offering.
