Critical Illness
Critical Illness Insurance provides financial support for you and your family if you are diagnosed with a covered critical illness from a predefined list. The default coverage amount is DKK 150,000, but employees have the option to increase their coverage up to a maximum of DKK 650,000 at their own expense.
Eligibility
All regular and regular fixed-term employees of Databricks Denmark ApS are eligible to participate from their hire date.
Enrolment
All eligible employees are automatically enrolled from their date of hire. Soderberg & Partners will reach out within 2 weeks of the employee’s start date to discuss their benefit plans and optional changes they may wish to consider.
