SimplyHealth Cash Plan
A health cash plan allows you to claim back some of the costs of your routine health expenses, from prescriptions and eye tests to physiotherapy sessions.
Enrollment
Enrolment is restricted to the open enrolment period held annually in January, or within 30 days from experiencing a Life Event. Your benefit elections will remain in effect until the subsequent open enrolment period or eligible life event. New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to make their benefit elections.
Eligibility
Regular employees of Databricks United Kingdom are eligible from their date of hire. Dependent children under the age of 24 and spouse / domestic partner are eligible as well.
Contributions
Databricks funds the full premium for employees while dependents can be added at employees’ cost.
