Databricks offers some great benefits to keep you fit. Read this section to learn about the plans that can help you stay on top of your health.

Eligibility


Regular employees of Databricks South Korea are eligible to participate from their date of hire. Spouses/domestic partners and dependent children are eligible as well.

Enrollment


All employees are automatically enrolled into the medical scheme from the date of hire.

If you experience a life event, (e.g the birth or adoption of a child, marriage, separation), you are able to update your medical insurance coverage level. Please be sure to notify the team within 30 days of the event by submitting a Fresh service (https://databricks.freshservice.com/support/home) ticket or emailing peopleops@databricks.com.

Employees can confirm their enrollment status directly through the Meritz mobile application or emailing help@capacitykorea.com.

How to claim


Complete the claim form and return it to Capacity Korea by emailing help@capacityKorea.com. If you are a multiple insurance holder, please use this form to claim.

Alternatively, claim via mobile application by following the steps below:

Search as ‘케파시티보험청구 ‘ in the Play Store or App Store. Follow the instructions in the Insurance Guide to submit your claim.
