Your safety is our priority when you travel for work. Databricks provides a global business travel accident insurance policy with AIG to help keep you safe when traveling away from home.
Eligibility
Regular employees of Databricks South Korea are elgible to participate from their date of hire. Spouses/domestic partners and dependent children are eligible as well.
Contributions
Databricks offers a benefit allowance to all employees based on their family status as follows:
- Employee only: 120,000 KRW per month
- Employee plus dependent: 300,000 KRW per month
The allowance is subject to applicable tax or withholdings.
