Medical Insurance
To support your health care needs, Databricks offers private medical insurance through Cigna.
Eligibility
All regular and regular fixed-term employees of Databricks Saudi Arabia and their dependents (spouses and dependent children) are eligible to participate from their date of hire.
Enrollment
All regular and fixed-term employees are automatically enrolled in this benefit and will receive confirmation of coverage at their Databricks email address within 3-4 weeks of their start date from the insurer.
If you experience a life event, such as the birth or adoption of a child or marriage, you can complete this form to add or remove dependents. Please note that you will need to attach a copy of the passport and Iqama/National ID card for each new dependent listed. After your initial hire, life events are the only occasions when you can add dependents to your policy.
