Eligibility
Regular employees of Databricks Mexico are eligible to participate from their date of hire. Coverage will extend to their spouse and their children under the age of 25.
Contributions
Databricks offers a benefits allowance to all eligible employees based on their family status as follows:
● Employee only: MXN 5,000
● Employee with dependents: MXN 12,500
The allowance is subject to applicable tax or withholdings.
