How to Enroll
You can enroll in benefits as a new hire or during annual enrollment. When you elect coverage under the medical, dental and vision plans, coverage stays in effect for the entire plan year. You may only change your benefit coverage during open enrollment or if you experience a qualified life status event or trigger a HIPAA special enrollment right. When you experience a qualifying change in family status, you must report the event and request any applicable benefit changes within 30 days.

Note that enrollment needs to be submitted within 30 days of benefits eligibility, window is open 60 days prior to effective date.

EverDriven offers a broad range of benefits for you and your family.
- You are eligible for EverDriven benefits if you are a regular employee scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week. Your eligible dependents include spouse, domestic partner, and dependent children until age 26.
- Eligible employees are automatically enrolled in Basic Life Insurance, Short-term Disability and Long-term Disability and the Employee Assistance Plan. All other plans such as Medical, Dental, Flexible Spending, and Voluntary Life are voluntary with some employer contributions on some plans.
- Benefits coverage for newly eligible employees begins on the first of the month following 60 days. The benefits plan year is August 1 through July 31. You can enroll or make changes to your existing benefits during the annual Open Enrollment period typically held in July.
- Health and dependent care flexible spending accounts (FSA) annual enrollment education webinar will be in November. Enrollment elections for FSA will be in December for the upcoming year starting January 1st.
- During the plan year, you can only make changes if you experience a Qualifying Event such as marriage, divorce or spouse’s termination of employment. You can enroll or make changes to your benefits within 30 days of the event date.
