To supplement your national health insurance, Databricks offers private medical insurance that supports your health care needs.

Regular employees of Databricks United Kingdom are eligible to participate in the below benefits from their date of hire. Spouses/domestic partners as well as dependent children up to age 25 are eligible as well.

Enrollment is restricted to the open enrollment period held annually in January, or within 30 days from experiencing a Life Event. Your benefit elections will remain in effect until the subsequent open enrollment period or eligible life event.

New hires have 30 days from their date of hire to make their benefit elections.

Databricks funds the full premium for employees, while dependents can be added at employees' cost.

Axa Doctor at Hand

All members of the Axa medical plan, get access to the online GP service that includes:

  • 24/7 access to fully qualified and experienced GPs, 365 days a year.
  • Unlimited video or phone appointments
  • Prescriptions can be delivered to your door or nearest pharmacy
  • Specialist referrals can be made following your appointment and noted can be provided to your NHS GP.
