We all face challenges in life that can result in worry, frustration and distress. You may need legal or financial advice, or personal support and guidance to help you stay healthy – both physically and emotionally.

Powered by LifeWorks, the EAP provides employees with confidential support, information, advice and specialist counselling. The service is available either online or on the telephone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All employees of Databricks United Kingdom are eligible from their date of hire. Immediate family members have access to support from LifeWorks with the exception of legal advice and structured counselling services. LifeWorks also cannot support children under the age of 16. Should a child of this age have an issue with which he or she needs help, a parent may call on his/her behalf and LifeWorks will provide tools and guidance on how to support further.

Powered by LifeWorks, Bereavement Counselling offers unlimited access to a 24/7 bereavement helpline, and up to six face-to-face or structured telephone sessions with a qualified counsellor. The service is offered to employees, their immediate family members and work colleagues at an emotionally challenging time.

All employees of Databricks United Kingdom and their immediate family members are eligible from their date of hire.
