Regular employees of Databricks New Zealand are eligible to participate from their date of hire. Spouses/domestic partners and dependent children are eligible as well.
Contributions
Databricks offers a benefits allowance to all eligible employees based on their family status as follows:
- Employee only: NZD 400 per month
- Employee plus dependents: NZD 800 per month
The allowance is subject to applicable tax or withholdings.
