Currently coverage for dependents is not included in your benefit.
When do my benefits reset?
Your benefits will reset on June 1 of the following year. Unused sessions will not rollover when your benefits reset.
How do I request my Personal Information be removed from the Modern Health platform?
To have your personal information removed from the Modern Health platform, click here or contact Modern Health’s Privacy team directly.
Can I continue with my provider after I reach the end of my set number of sessions?
Yes. You will need to coordinate your continuation of care with your provider as well as your insurance carrier if applicable.
What is the difference between a coach and a therapist?
Please refer to the FAQs on the Modern Health platform for a description of each type of service offered.
Are my sessions free of charge or do I need to submit to my insurance for payment?
The first 10 sessions of coaching and 8 sessions of therapy are paid for by Databricks. Any sessions beyond that within the benefit year (June 1 - May 31) you will need to coordinate payment with your coach/provider.

Are discussions with coaches/providers confidential?
Yes. All information between you and your coach or therapist is confidential, except in the following cases:
- You are at risk of harming themselves and/or others
- Child, elder adult, or dependent adult abuse
- Court subpoenas
Can I provide confidential feedback re: sessions/coach/therapist?
Yes. Please reach out to either firstname.lastname@example.org or the "Contact Us" option within the Modern Health app or desktop platform with your feedback.
Can I utilize the benefits with Modern Health if I waived medical coverage with Databricks?
Can I request access to therapy instead of coaching, and how can I change a coach/therapist if they are not a right fit for me?

My screen appears to time out when I am trying to register with Modern Health via my unique email link?
You can still register for an account via the mobile app (iOS/Android) or the Modern Health web application. Continue by selecting the Don't have an account? Register button, which will bring you to a different registration page. If you still cannot register, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
