Accident Insurance provides financial protection in the event of an unexpected injury, easing the financial impact on you and your family.

Eligibility


All regular full time employees are enrolled as of their date of hire.

Coverage


Employees are entitled to compensation in case of an accident or sickness, including:

  • Death, in-patient, outpatient, and medical costs that employees incur due to accidents
  • In-patient medical costs due to sickness

Accident coverage includes death benefits of twice your annual base salary, partial disability payouts, and allowances for hospitalization, outpatient care, surgery, and medical expenses up to JPY 1,000,000.

Sickness coverage provides daily in-patient allowances and medical expenses reimbursement up to JPY 1,000,000.
