Eligibility and Enrolment
Databricks provides a complementary pension scheme through ARRCO-AGIRC, which allows you to save for retirement. This plan is compulsory, and all regular Databricks employees will be automatically enrolled into the pension plan by payroll.
Contributions
Databricks contributes 60% and you contribute 40% of the required percentage, based on your salary bracket. Click here to learn more about the social security ceilings and salary brackets for the current year.
