Databricks provides you with life and disability insurance to provide financial support to you and your family should you become unable to work due to an illness or disability, and in the event of you passing away.

Eligibility


All regular employees of Databricks France who are actively at work are eligible as of their date of hire.

Enrolment


All eligible employees are automatically enrolled in the Prévoyance insurance administered by Henner.

Contributions


Databricks pays 100% for employees in salary bracket A and 50% for employees in salary bracket slice B and C.
