Databricks offers private medical and life insurance to support your care needs.
Eligibility
As a regular, full-time Databricks Costa Rica SRL employee, you are eligible, as of your date of hire, to apply for medical and life benefit coverage offered by ASSA. Spouses and/or partners, children under 18 years of age, and up to 24 years of age (if they are full time students) are eligible for specific medical coverage as well. Databricks pays 100% for the premiums for both medical and life coverage.
Enrollment
