Eligibility

As a regular, full-time Databricks Brazil employee, you are eligible, as of your date of hire, for medical and dental benefit coverage offered by Care Plus as well as life benefit coverage through Prudential. Spouses or partners, and single children up to 30 years of age are also eligible for medical, dental coverage; spouse and children are automatically included in life coverage. Databricks pays 100% for the premiums for medical, dental and life coverage.
